Peppermint Bark Inspired Snack Mix

Peppermint bark is one of my favorite treats at Christmas time and I love watching Christmas movies, so I had to combine these two things and make this peppermint bark inspired snack mix. You have to have popcorn for movie nights, so this snack mix starts with that. You can use any popcorn you like. I like to use very lightly buttered and salted popcorn with this snack mix, but it’s totally up to you! Next I added Chocolate Chex and mint M&Ms, followed by a good drizzle of melted white chocolate and a sprinkling of crushed candy canes. I topped it with white chocolate snowmen along with some peppermint bark dipped pretzel snaps to make it extra special. I hope that you enjoy!
