I’ve been patiently waiting for peaches to be available in my area because I have so many ideas for them this summer. I decided to go back to my origin story and add peach slices to a two-layer cinnamon roll snowflake-adjacent pastry this week. Since it’s not winter, we’ll agree to call this one a flower rather than a snowflake!

Peaches are so easy to bake with because they don’t need to be cooked down before adding them to most recipes. They come out perfectly soft in between the layers of dough and melt right into the buttery brown sugar and cinnamon filling.

This recipe will be perfect to add to your next summer brunch spread! It makes a beautiful centerpiece and it’s designed to be shared.
